We mail from the US to 195 countries, and postage is included for every one of them.

Availability can change with postal service disruptions.

Your postcard arrives in 1–2 weeks in the US, plus up to 1 week if abroad. It’s printed and handed to USPS within 2 business days; orders placed after 10 am Pacific join the next day’s run. These are estimates; postal delays can add time.

Keep the confirmation link to check printing and mailing status. International mail has no reliable tracking after it leaves the US.

Your photo is printed edge to edge on 4 × 6-inch card stock, with your note and the recipient’s address on the back. If you send the illustrated style, that artwork is printed instead. The paper is 255–325 gsm, with a UV gloss coating on the front. Print colors can vary from your screen.

Yes. Upload a photo, write your note, and check both sides as they’ll print. You can keep the photo as it is or pick an illustrated style for the front. You pay $7 instead of $10 USD for one postcard at checkout. There’s no subscription.

Check both sides and the address before paying. Your order goes straight into printing; edits and cancellations aren’t available on the site after checkout.

Your postcard is made just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns.

Our fulfillment partner prints and mails every postcard. After you pay, we send them both sides of the card as images: the front you chose, which is your photo unless you picked the illustrated style, and the back with your note on it. They also get the recipient’s name and address, print them on the back, and hand the card to USPS.

OpenAI checks your photo is safe to print, and its image generation model paints the illustrated style from it, even if you send the original. It also checks your note and the recipient’s name. Our fulfillment partner receives the front you chose, your note and the recipient’s address to print and mail your postcard. Like any postcard, it travels without an envelope, so the picture, note and address are visible in the mail.

Stored photo and artwork links can be viewed by anyone who has them. Your confirmation link works the same way: anyone who has it can open the order, including the note and address.
